I defend my PhD in Applied Mathematics at MAP5 with the CNRS. My two PhD supervisors are Fabien Crauste (CNRS, MAP5) and Olivier Gandrillon (CNRS, ENS Lyon) . My thesis title is "Beyond diffusion: inferring a differentiation process based on a realistic gene model and solving the Schrödinger problem". I am actively looking for a postdoc position in Biomathematics.
